Tripods One is a live performance built entirely around self-made robotic instruments. Every beat and every tone is generated live by physical machines on stage, with nothing pre-rendered. Where a DJ set is a person pressing play, Tripods One is a visible spectacle of engineering and music happening in real time, and in an age of screens it turns "the future" into something the audience can actually watch working. It is presented by German Media Artists and engineer Moritz Simon Geist.
